Our standard agreement is 12 months, which allows us to properly onboard your systems, optimise your environment and deliver meaningful improvements. After the initial term, the contract rolls monthly with 30 days' notice.
Our managed plans are designed for businesses with 5 or more users. If you have fewer, give us a call — we may still be able to help with a tailored arrangement.
Onboarding is included at no additional cost on Professional and Enterprise plans. For the Essentials plan, there's a one-off onboarding fee of £500 which covers documentation, agent deployment, and system auditing.
Absolutely. You can upgrade your plan at any time. We'll adjust the billing from your next invoice. Downgrades can be arranged at renewal.
Third-party software licences (e.g., Microsoft 365 licences), hardware purchases, and project work (e.g., office moves, infrastructure upgrades) are quoted separately. All prices shown exclude VAT.
